Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Representative Officer (CRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist clients.

Provide information about products, services, and solutions offered by the company.

Resolve customer complaints, queries, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, design, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.

Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy for customers.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales support will be an advantage.
