About the Role
We are looking for a
Customer Support Officer
to join our dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
educational consultancy
and a strong passion for helping students and clients achieve their academic and career goals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to handle queries, guide students, and provide professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student and client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities, admission processes, and services.
- Guide students throughout the application journey with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain client records and update internal systems with relevant details.
- Collaborate with counselors and the admissions team to ensure smooth case handling.
- Manage complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience that strengthens trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Management, or Education).
- 1–2 years of experience in
customer support within an educational consultancy
. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
