Junior Product Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support GTM planning and execution for new and existing products and services across all pillars
  • Assist in defining target audiences, messaging, positioning, and launch strategies
  • Help create and update product collateral, campaigns, and marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, infographics, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for demand generation
  • Support reputation management initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategy with demand generation and sales enablement
  • Help interpret campaign metrics and provide insights for optimization
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars and marketing timelines
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, messaging, and positioning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, GTM planning, or demand generation, preferably in B2B services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Outplay, or similar) and social media channels
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of BPO, professional services, or tech-enabled services marketing
  • Understanding of GTM planning, product launches, and campaign rollouts
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid media campaigns, and content marketing strategies
  • Ability to create presentation decks or simple visuals in PowerPoint or Canva
