Junior Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

The Junior Accounts Manager supports the account management team in maintaining and developing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. This role involves assisting in account planning, preparing reports, and providing excellent customer service to help drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communications and relationships.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Track and report on account performance, including sales figures, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Help identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, such as data entry, invoicing, and record keeping.
  • Support in resolving client issues and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Conduct market or competitor research to support client strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support (internship experience considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
