Job Title: CRM & Sales Support Specialist Location: Giga Mall Office, Islamabad Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

Flight Way is a leading Travel Agency looking for a highly organized CRM & Sales Support Specialist to manage our crucial client communication workflow. This role is fundamental to the sales process of our visa and holiday services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Query Management (Multi-Platform): Handle all incoming travel-related client queries (calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and online chats).
  • CRM Handling: Log, track, and update all client interactions meticulously within the company's CRM system.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Ensure every assigned query is followed up on and brought to a conclusive end (sold or unsold).
  • Coordination: Work with the closing team to provide qualified information and support necessary to convert travel and visa inquiries into sales.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain comprehensive client files and documentation related to travel bookings and inquiries.

Compensation & Work Hours

  • Starting Salary: PKR 30,000 per month (Fixed) during the 3-month probationary period.
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided on every successful query converted into a sale.
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or CRM management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
