Travel Consultant – UTS Travels (Ultimate Solutions Travels FZE)

Location: Sharjah/Dubai (Remote)

Type: Full-time

About the Role

UTS Travels is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to support our growing B2B and corporate travel business. You will manage flight, hotel, and holiday bookings, handle client queries, and deliver exceptional service that reflects our "Ultimate Solutions" approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight, hotel, visa, and holiday bookings for corporate and B2B clients
  • Provide fast, accurate fare quotes and travel options
  • Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and GDS partners
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth travel experiences
  • Support business development through upselling/cross-selling
  • Manage trip changes, refunds, reissues, and after-sales service

Requirements

  • 1–3 years travel agency or GDS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
