Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and liaise with vendors for building-related services.
  • Monitor building facilities and report any issues to the management team.
  • Assist in managing building access and security protocols.
  • Obtain and compare market quotations for various services and supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain records of quotations and procurement activities.
  • Assist in vendor selection and procurement processes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in preparing and processing expense reports.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Can join immediately.
