Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S. consumers for ACA lead generation..
  • Qualify prospects based on ACA program criteria.
  • Generate high-quality leads and transfer them to licensed agents.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and lead details in CRM systems.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
  • Deliver professional, positive, and compliant communication at all times.
  • Follow scripts, ACA guidelines, and campaign requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scripts, pitch quality, and lead quality.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in ACA, Medicare, or DME campaigns is mandatory.

  • Strong English-speaking skills.
  • Previous lead generation, call center, or telemarketing experience.
  • Ability to persuade and convert cold prospects into qualified leads.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High energy, confidence, and a growth mindset.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience generating health insurance leads for U.S. markets.
  • Strong understanding of ACA eligibility guidelines.
  • Familiarity with dialers, CRM systems, and call-center tools.
