About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience generating qualified leads for service-based businesses in the U.S. market, leveraging advanced research methods, social platforms, and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential business leads across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels within the eCommerce and technology service niche.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator & AI Tools: Proficiently use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data enrichment tools, and AI-based automation for prospect identification and outreach.
- Data Mining & Research: Collect and organize contact data through credible online sources, databases, and scraping tools while ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Database Management: Maintain, update, and segment lead lists to support marketing and sales campaigns.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate qualified prospect calls and meetings with the sales team to facilitate the conversion process.
- Automation & CRM Integration: Leverage automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Instantly, etc.) to streamline workflows and track conversion progress.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic reports highlighting leads generated, conversion quality, and source performance; provide insights to improve outreach strategy.
- Market Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, market shifts, and emerging tools to continuously refine lead generation strategies.
Soft Skills
- Strong command of English with excellent written communication.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data scraping or automation tools (Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess lead quality and market potential.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Instantly.
- Basic understanding of U.S. market dynamics and service-based business models.
Requirements
- Education: Strong command of English with excellent written communication.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.
- Language Fluency: Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
