We're Hiring: (Below-The-Line) BTL Supervisor – Oraimo

Oraimo, a leading smart accessories brand under Transsion Holdings, is looking for a
BTL Supervisor
in Karachi to strengthen our on-ground marketing efforts.

Location:
Karachi

What We're Looking For:

• 3–4 years of
  hands-on BTL marketing experience
• Experience in the
  mobile phone/accessories industry
  is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of
  Karachi's mobile markets
  will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand and sales goals.
• Plan and execute on-ground activation, sampling activities, trade promotions, mall activation, in-store branding, and more.
• Liaise with vendors, event organisers, and activation agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and trade teams for local promotional activities.
• Manage POSM, merchandising, and marketing material requirements for campaigns.
• Track ROI and effectiveness of BTL initiatives; prepare post-activation reports and recommendations.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all activation and materials.
• Handle budget planning and cost control for all BTL campaigns.
