About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Cloud & Infrastructure team in the LHR Office. This is a great opportunity to build a career in cloud infrastructure, working with technologies like Linux, Docker, and OpenShift in a modern DevOps environment.

Requirements:

  • Assist in managing and supporting Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
  • Help deploy and maintain Docker containers across environments.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to assist with CI/CD pipelines and basic automation tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Linux system administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and container lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools (project or internship experience acceptable).
  • Exposure to scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) for basic automation tasks.
  • Understanding of networking, security basics, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Awareness of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (Red Hat, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms) are a plus.
