Marketing Manager

Location: Gold-Stellar Advertising, Phase 5, DHA Lahore

Timings: 10:30 AM – 06:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Gold-Stellar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and the agency's vision. You will strategize, plan, and implement campaigns while collaborating with our creative and operations teams to deliver premium results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing strategies (digital + traditional).


• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.


• Collaborate with internal PODs (designers, account managers, video editors, ads managers) to execute campaigns.


• Plan and manage marketing budgets for clients and the agency.


• Track, measure, and report performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.


• Create proposals, presentations, and strategies for client pitches.


• Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and platforms.


• Coordinate with the Ads Manager for performance marketing and optimization.


• Stay updated with global marketing trends and emerging tools.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Proven experience in marketing management or similar role.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proactive mindset and team collaboration skills.
