Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field)
Industry: Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Retail / Franchise Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential investors for pharmacy franchises.
- Present franchise model, benefits, and ROI to clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Support clients throughout the sales cycle and onboarding process.
- Achieve sales targets and participate in promotional/marketing activities.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field.
- 1–2 years' experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Professional appearance with confidence in client-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel within Lahore.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
