About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and multi-talented 
Digital Marketing Executive
 who can wear multiple hats and drive our brand's digital presence forward. This role requires a mix of 
strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and creativity
. As one of the first hires in our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our 
Shopify store, digital strategy, influencer marketing, paid ads, and content calendar
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the 
    Shopify store
     (products, collections, landing pages, website updates).
  • Plan and execute 
    digital marketing campaigns
     across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a 
    monthly content calendar
     (social media, blogs, influencer collabs).
  • Create and implement 
    influencer marketing strategy
    , including short video content planning & collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze 
    marketing performance metrics
     (traffic, conversions, ROI).
  • Conduct 
    market research & competitor analysis
     to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support in creating creative briefs for content, graphics, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience
     in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    social media algorithms, trends, and content marketing
    .
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Passion for skincare & beauty is a plus
