About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This role will focus on building and managing digital campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and data-driven with a passion for learning and growing in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Write engaging copy for posts, ads, and campaigns tailored to each channel.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Assist in managing TikTok Ads campaigns (bonus skill).
  • Collaborate with the team to align marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

  • 6 months – 1.5 years of digital marketing experience (internship, agency, or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Experience writing and scheduling content for social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
