About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of paid media, data analytics, and growth strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.).
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and media plans to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide regular performance reports with detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging platforms, tools, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency.
  • Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, or marketplace ads (Amazon, Daraz, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow).
  • Familiarity with attribution models and advanced analytics.
