Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team in managing customer accounts and order processing.

Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and related business correspondence.

Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.

Work on Oracle software for data entry, order management, invoicing, and record-keeping.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions..

Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, share updates, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Support in preparation of presentations, rate lists, and product information materials.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth operations.

Handle email correspondence with clients.

Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Support senior management in business development activities and client relationship management.

Age : 25-35

Education: Minimum Graduation.

Experience: Preferably in Packaging Sales.
