Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Main University Road, Karachi

Emaymar is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business growth through proactive outreach—with a primary focus on the US market through cold calling and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (with a focus on the US market) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

  • Present Emaymar's value proposition to prospects with clarity and professionalism.

  • Identify and qualify leads based on established company criteria.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM and other sales tools.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and assist in closing deals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree or Graduate (required).

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, outbound calling, or business development (1 year preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Proven ability to handle outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantage.
