is seeking a skilled
Technical Writer / Technical Documentation Specialist
responsible for preparing comprehensive, accurate, and high-quality technical documentation that supports the successful development, deployment, and use of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
software documentation
as well as
electronics-based hardware and firmware documentation
, including user manuals, operations manuals, and instruction manuals. The selected candidate will also prepare
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
,
Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
, and other essential technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including
  user manuals, operations manuals, instruction manuals, reference manuals, product manuals, user guides, and procedural documents
  .
• Prepare well-structured
  BRDs, FRDs
  , and other project-specific documentation as required.
• Create clear and accurate documentation for
  electronics-based hardware, firmware, and software systems
  .
• Determine appropriate documentation formats, templates, and structures based on project and audience needs.
• Work closely with
  software developers, firmware engineers, hardware engineers, QA teams, product managers, and project managers
  to understand product functionality, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Research product samples, system behavior, and technical specifications to gain a deep understanding of features and processes.
• Analyze and tailor documentation to suit different audiences, adjusting tone, terminology, and complexity accordingly.
• Plan documentation activities, define timelines, and manage multiple documentation deliverables within deadlines.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop
  diagrams, flowcharts, block diagrams, and visual aids
  to enhance understanding.
• Convert complex technical concepts and jargon into
  well-structured, reader-friendly, and professional documentation
  .
• Incorporate feedback from customers, designers, and internal stakeholders to improve clarity, usability, and accuracy.
• Review, proofread, and edit documentation created by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain documentation repositories, version control, and information architecture to keep content organized and up to date.
• Perform other related documentation and support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a
  Technical Writer / Technical Documentation Specialist
  , preferably in
  software, electronics, hardware, or firmware domains
  .
• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics
  , or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
  preferred.
• Strong understanding of
  electronics, embedded systems, hardware, and firmware concepts
  .
• Demonstrated expertise in writing
  user manuals, operations manuals, and instruction manuals
  .
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into
  clear, concise, and easy-to-understand text and visuals
  .
• Excellent command of
  English (written and verbal)
  with strong grammar, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office
  and documentation tools (e.g., Word, Visio, Confluence, or similar).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate technical content.
• Ability to produce professional, high-quality documentation that meets
  industry standards
  and end-user needs.
• Experience writing
  UI text, online help, developer guides, tutorials, and release notes
  is a plus.
• Ability to analyze content for
  reuse, consistency, and single-sourcing opportunities
  .
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to present complex technical data in a
  clear, structured, and concise
  manner.
