Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Services Specialist based in Karachi Division. The role involves providing specialized technical services, troubleshooting, and support for equipment maintenance. The Specialist will perform equipment inspections, conduct operational training, deliver effective technical support, and ensure the timely and accurate resolution of technical issues. The position also requires collaboration with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Services and Technical Support to address customer needs efficiently
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts and provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently in an on-site setting
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Experience in equipment maintenance in the industrial or mechanical sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
