Responsibilities
- Lead merchant onboarding: documentation review, technical integration, and testing
- Build strong relationships with merchant partners and internal teams
- Provide technical support during integration and resolve issues
- Advocate for merchant needs within the organization
- Oversee daily operations of digital payment platforms
- Monitor platform metrics and optimize performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement features and resolve issues
- Stay updated on digital payment trends and technologies
Skills & Requirements
- Strong in data analytics and visualization for reporting
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Familiar with payment technologies: POS, QR, NFC, tokenization
- Experience with payment gateway integration and APIs
- Knowledge of programming languages: Java, Python, PHP, .NET
- Understanding of security standards: tokenization, 3D Secure, PCI-DSS
