Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst

, located in Gujranwala. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation. Daily tasks include conducting stakeholder meetings, preparing reports, analyzing data trends, creating process workflows, and supporting decision-making with actionable insights. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs, improve processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar)
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus
