Our organization is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant and Business Analyst to drive financial efficiency and reporting accuracy through the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP FICO module configuration, as well as experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document complex business requirements from finance stakeholders, then translate them into detailed functional specifications and effective SAP FICO configurations.
  • Configure, customize, and test SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  • Lead integration efforts with other SAP modules like Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Manage data flows between SAP FICO and systems like Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Esker for document automation.
  • Provide expert support for troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate end-user training and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in full life-cycle implementation or support environments.
  • Deep hands-on configuration expertise within the SAP FICO module.
  • Strong demonstrated experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules, specifically SD, MM, and CO-PA.
  • Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools, specifically SAP BPC.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
