We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent technical design skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop cohesive visual campaigns and brand materials.
  • Lead design projects, ensuring high-quality output, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand visually fresh and competitive.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work with external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) to ensure production quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, conceptual, and technical design abilities.
  • Experience with branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with web/digital design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other digital design tools.
  • Understanding of marketing, advertising, and brand strategy.
  • Photography, illustration, or 3D design skills are a bonus.

Salary: 80-150k

Timings

Monday - Friday

Night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs150,000.00 per month
