We are looking for a motivated Chat Salesperson to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging with leads over chat (website, social media, and CRM inboxes), qualifying prospects, and driving conversions into booked calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound leads through live chat, CRM, and messaging platforms.

Qualify prospects by asking the right questions and understanding their business needs.

Present Tracksion's AI solutions clearly and persuasively in writing.

Nurture leads through consistent and professional follow-ups.

Convert chats into booked appointments or sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all conversations and outcomes in our CRM.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in chat sales, customer support, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS or marketing services).

Strong written communication skills with a professional yet approachable tone.

Ability to handle multiple chats/leads at once while maintaining quality.

Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Availability to cover U.S. business hours (EST).
