About the Role:
We are hiring a
CAD Operator – Paid Internship
to support our engineering and estimation team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD and shop drawings. You will work under the guidance of senior team members and gain exposure to real projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
- Convert design intent into shop drawings under supervision.
- Revise drawings based on review comments or change orders.
- Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical queries.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned drawings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or DAE in Civil/Architecture/Drafting.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D). Exposure to Revit is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/structural plans.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
