About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
D365 Power Platform Developer
to join our team. This role will be responsible for owning Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and ensuring the reliability of Power Automate workflows for client notifications. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with a meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing that no scheduled notification is ever missed. You will be working closely with our Integration Developer and contributing to both strategic projects and daily operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain entities, forms, and views in D365, including Accounts, Contacts, and Onboarding modules.
• Build, implement, and maintain automated flows for daily, weekly, and monthly client notifications using Power Automate.
• Track flow runs, identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted notification delivery.
• Accurately document solutions, updates, and configuration changes in Azure DevOps, with links to relevant code/config repositories.
• Work closely with the Integration Developer to manage and optimize data ingestion into D365.
• On assigned QA days, verify that all scheduled notifications have been sent successfully without errors.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and solution deployment.
• Strong expertise in the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) with a focus on scalable, reliable workflows.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps for backlog management, documentation, and source control integration.
• Experience working with Dataverse, entity relationships, and security role management.
• Familiarity with D365 APIs and integration patterns for ingesting data from external systems.
• Competence in JavaScript, Power Fx, and workflow scripting to enhance D365 functionality.
• Solid understanding of business process automation and notification pipelines.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance within SLA requirements.
• Experience in end-to-end testing, QA processes, and verification of scheduled workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document solutions clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
