Looking for a
Microsoft D365 Practice Manager
with at least
15 years work
experience with at least 5 years in MS Dynamics practice development who will lead the strategic growth, delivery, and thought leadership of the firm's Dynamics 365 consulting practice, focusing on end-to-end project leadership, team development, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, overseeing project delivery lifecycles, driving pre-sales efforts, recruiting, mentoring and evaluating junior staff, developing functional templates and best practices, and staying abreast of D365 product advancements to deliver successful client solutions across finance, supply chain, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership & Strategy:

Define and implement strategic direction for the D365 practice, focusing on growth, scalability, and repeatability and meeting agreed revenue targets.

  • Project Delivery & Management:

Lead end-to-end D365 implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

  • Client Engagement:

Manage client relationships, understand their business challenges, and ensure successful delivery of D365 solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Pre-Sales & Business Development:

Actively participate in pre-sales activities, contribute to proposals, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Team Management & Mentoring:

Recruit, Mentor, coach, and performance-manage junior team members and other consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  • Functional Expertise:

Champion functional best practices, lead the design of sector-specific templates, and provide guidance on data migration and integration strategies.

  • Product Knowledge:

Stay current with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product roadmap, new releases, and enhancements to provide optimal client solutions.

  • Methodology & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all consultancy adheres to the firm's project methodology and ISMP (Information Security Management Policy).

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Deep D365 Expertise:

Extensive experience with end-to-end implementations of D365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) or other D365 modules.

  • Consulting & Business Acumen:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process mapping skills.

  • Leadership & Team Building:

Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, cultivate collaborative environments, and grow talent.

  • Client-Facing Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction at all levels.

  • Project Management:

Expertise in managing numerous complexes, time-sensitive projects with shifting priorities.

  • Technical Understanding:

Practical knowledge of D365 integrations, data migration, and the broader Microsoft platform is beneficial.
