Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sialkot for the role of a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and resolving any project-related challenges. The role requires a proactive approach to project execution and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication and Team Leadership abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment in Sialkot.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and a technical background in software or web development is a plus.
  • Capability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

  • DevOps & Version Control

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
  • Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they're delivered as expected
  • Meet/ regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives
  • Schedule project timelines
  • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
  • Establish and train teams on processes and strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review
  • Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables
