PMC Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Yearly Production Plan (Monthly Base) Based on Yearly Sales Plan keeping in View Model Wise Capacity.

2- OPSI Meeting Conduct to Make Plan for T-3 Month Base Sales Requirement and Parts Ordering Plan on the Basis of Actual Stock.

1. Co-ordination with Import, 3rd Sourcing, & Local Parts (PPC) for Parts Ordering as per OPSI, (T-3 Month Base).

2. Follow up for Purchase Order Issuance & L/C Open etc in Time.

3. Monitoring of Whole Process at All Stages of CKD/ 3rd Source Parts and Custom Clearance to Ensure in-time Arrival of Parts (CKD/3rd Source) at HNR.

4. Prepare Monthly Production Planning Data (Sales Plan, Parts Stocks, etc) to Make Monthly Production Plan.

5. T-1 Month Base Production Planning Meeting in Co-ordination with Marketing, Production and Import / 3rd Source.

6. Prepare Daily Base, Monthly Production Plan to Fulfill Sales Requirement and as per Capacity / Efficiency of Production. (Get Approval of Production & Marketing).

7. Follow up and Ensure all Materials Availability on T-1 Basis for Smooth Running of Production as per Plan on Daily Basis.

8. Co-ordinate with Paint Department for Painting as per Production Plan & Follow up for Smooth Supply of Parts in-Time.

9. Revise Production Plan as and when Required to incorporate any Changes in Sales Requirements or Material Availability Problems.

12.Parts Audit Arrangements & Execution. Parts Claims Handling & Follow for Parts Replacement by China.

13.Material Environment and Line Management as per 6S Activity.

1. Monthly plan releasing 4 days advance.

2. BOM actual consumption monitoring against standard (to control overaging).

Qualifications

Education:
B.Sc Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience:
3 to 4 Years in relevant field
