𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Prepare and process members' billing accurately and on time.
  • Address and resolve members' payment-related queries promptly.
  • Maintain proper ledgers of all members' payments and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts, track outstanding balances, and follow up on pending payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/finance team to ensure smooth payment operations.
  • Generate billing reports and provide insights on payment trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in billing, accounts, or a related finance role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
