We're hiring two roles to supercharge our business growth:

  1. Cold Calling Specialists (Remote) – proven closers who can turn calls into clients.

  2. Business Associates (On-site, Islamabad/Rawalpindi) – outreach experts for Email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Location:


• Cold Callers: Remote (Open to all locations)


• Business Associates: On-site / Hybrid – Preference for Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Compensation: Competitive commission + performance bonuses (no earning cap)

Start Date: Immediate

What You'll Do (Cold Caller – Remote):


• Make targeted cold calls to high-potential leads.


• Qualify prospects and book appointments or close deals directly.


• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.


• Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

What You'll Do (Business Associate – On-site):


• Manage outbound outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.


• Build and maintain prospect lists and follow-up pipelines.


• Coordinate with the sales team to convert warm leads into clients.


• Track outreach performance and optimize engagement strategies.

Requirements (Both Roles):


• For Cold Callers: Proven cold calling experience with measurable results (provide numbers).


• For Business Associates: Experience in B2B outreach via Email, LinkedIn, or Instagram.


• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.


• Self-motivated with a hunter's mindset.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
