Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Social Media Marketing Executive
with at least 1-2 years of experience, specializing in Facebook Ads and online store marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid social strategies, e-commerce funnels, and the ability to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to drive sales and leads for e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
  • Execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to refine and improve campaign strategies.
  • Track, report, and present campaign performance and actionable insights.
  • Manage pixel tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling e-commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facebook Blueprint certification (a plus).
  • Experience with email marketing tools and automation.
  • Understanding of Google Ads and cross-channel marketing strategies.
