About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to reach out to businesses across Pakistan using Google My Business (GMB). The role involves making 100 business calls daily, convincing decision-makers, and redirecting interested leads to our company WhatsApp number for further discussion.

This is a remote position, but the candidate must remain online with live video and audio on Google Meet or Zoom during working hours for monitoring.

Responsibilities:


• Make 100 outbound calls daily via Google My Business listings.


• Introduce our services and engage potential clients.


• Redirect qualified leads to the company WhatsApp number.


• Stay online with live video/audio during the 8-hour shift.


• Achieve daily call targets and maintain records of calls.

Requirements:


• Excellent communication skills in Urdu & English.


• Previous sales/telemarketing experience preferred.


• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing ability.


• Reliable internet, laptop/PC, and quiet workspace.


• Must be self-driven, energetic, and result-oriented.

Work Schedule:


• 8–10 hours/day (full-time remote role).


• Must remain active on Zoom/Google Meet during working hours.

Compensation:


• 30,000 PKR per month (fixed)


• + 10% commission on each deal closed
