We're looking for a proactive WordPress Developer Intern who's excited to work on real client and in-house websites. You'll assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress sites — from installing themes and plugins to improving speed, SEO, and responsiveness. You'll learn how agency workflows operate, from staging to deployment, with structured guidance.

What You'll Learn

WordPress setup, configuration, and plugin/theme management

Building responsive pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, or classic editors

How to optimize website performance and Core Web Vitals

Troubleshooting layout, mobile, and plugin conflicts

Implementing basic on-page SEO elements (titles, meta, schema, etc.)

Website backups, migrations, and staging environment management

How to collaborate with content and SEO teams for web updates

Tools You'll Use

WordPress CMS, Elementor / Gutenberg, cPanel, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, RankMath / Yoast SEO, FileZilla, and Google Sheets for task tracking.
