Job Title: Asst. Manager – Finance

Location: Karachi

Reports To: Manager Finance / Head of Finance

Job Summary:

The Asst. Manager – Finance will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company, including reporting, analysis, and system-based accounting processes. The role requires experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, along with knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain understanding of the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.
  • Extract, analyze, and transform ERP data into meaningful management and financial reports
  • Oversee and support operations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules within the ERP.
  • Assist in cost tracking, variance analysis, and budgeting processes relevant to manufacturing operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic reviews.
  • Work closely with the production and procurement teams to align financial data with operational performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

· BBA in Finance/BS in accounting or ACCA Associate (In process will not be considered).

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing company with ERP exposure.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and cost control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
