Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is more than just a content poster. The ideal candidate is a next-level communicator who can deeply understand social media dynamics, digital culture, and audience psychology. You will lead the development and execution of creative, data-driven social media strategies that build brand loyalty, drive engagement, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging, on-trend, and platform-native content that resonates with curly hair communities.
  • Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand voice.
  • Lead community management: respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions with empathy, authenticity, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and influencer teams to ensure social content integrates into broader campaigns.
  • Track performance with analytics tools, measure KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, cultural moments, and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maximize impact.
  • Identify collaboration and influencer opportunities to grow organic reach.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand (beauty, haircare, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – must be able to craft compelling captions, scripts, and brand storytelling pieces.
  • Deep understanding of social media dynamics: algorithms, audience behavior, cultural relevance, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past work (campaigns, reels, TikTok content, growth strategies).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of paid social media ads and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for beauty, haircare, and empowering diverse communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs90,000.00 per month
