Job Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Officer

Sales Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through field visits, broker networks, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Meet clients, explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Conduct site visits with potential customers to build trust and close deals.
  • Achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales/booking targets
    assigned by management.
  • Maintain client database with proper follow-ups until conversion.
  • Negotiate and finalize bookings, ensuring proper documentation and payments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share progress and strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns (digital, print, on-ground activations).
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to dealers and clients.
  • Assist in managing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with property dealers, agents, and investors for project promotions.
  • Participate in open houses, stalls, expos, and promotional events.
  • Monitor competitor projects and share insights with the marketing manager.
  • Report customer feedback and market trends for continuous improvement.

Client Relationship & Reporting

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat sales.
  • Prepare and submit
    daily activity reports
    (calls, visits, leads, bookings).
  • Update Marketing Manager/Director on sales performance and challenges.

Additional Expectations

  • Be proactive, energetic, and professional in client interactions.
  • Represent MB Builders with integrity and project knowledge.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends in Sukkur & nearby regions.
