Role Overview:

The Head of HR & OD will be responsible for 
developing and executing the HR strategy
, building an engaging workplace culture, and ensuring all HR operations run smoothly. This is a 
hands-on leadership role
 that combines strategic vision with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & OD:

  • Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement across all companies.
  • Design and implement policies, procedures, and frameworks to support growth.

Talent Management & Recruitment:

  • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition for all companies.
  • Oversee onboarding, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure smooth HR operations: payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on people and organizational matters.
  • Coach and mentor line managers on performance, feedback, and team development.
  • Represent HR & OD in leadership discussions and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and OD frameworks.
  • Experience managing HR in multi-company or multi-location setups is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
