Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance filings.
  • Oversee preparation of legal case files for FBR, PRA, tribunals, and courts.
  • Manage audits (financial, internal) from a tax perspective.
  • Provide tax advisory to management, BOD, and ministries.
  • Liaise with tax consultants and legal counsel for litigation.
  • Keep updated on tax law changes and their impact.

Qualifications:

  • CA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / LLB (Tax Specialization) with at least 10–12 years' tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FBR, PRA laws, and tax litigation processes.
