J.Sons Communications is a Telemarketing Service specializing in providing freshly recorded exclusive quality leads for insurance agents. Since opening in November 2014, J.Sons Communications has successfully served individual agents, regional agencies, and major corporations nationwide. Known for its professional and friendly calling staff, J.Sons Communications creates targeted final expense campaigns customized for agents. The company offers geographically specific leads with a standard dispatch time of 5-8 business days, and provides complete customer information and recordings for each lead generated.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Customer Sales Representative. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include making sales calls, recording customer information, and providing excellent customer service. The representative will also work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Telemarketing
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, Data Entry, and Record Keeping
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Handle Rejection and Maintain a Positive Attitude
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Salary

40k to 60k plus bonuses

(Salary is negotiable)
