Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Customer Sales Representative at J.Sons Communications. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing client relationships, and building rapport with new and existing customers. Daily tasks include making outbound sales calls, providing solutions tailored to customer needs, recording and organizing customer information, following up on potential leads, and meeting sales targets. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver professional and quality service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability in sales and relationship management
  • Strong organizational, data entry, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in telemarketing or lead generation with familiarity in working within insurance or financial sectors
  • Capable of handling multiple calls while maintaining attention to details
  • Basic skills using CRM systems and productivity software are advantageous
  • Team player with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Prior experience in a telemarketing or sales-driven environment preferred
