Job Profile

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Backend Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain scalable web services and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with backend frameworks, RESTful architectures, and database design, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web APIs and backend services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure API performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Integrate third-party services, tools, and internal systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
  • Document APIs, services, and technical workflows.

Required Skills & Technologies

  • Strong command of server-side programming, such as:
  • , Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET Core
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices.
  • Good understanding of Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, JSON/XML, and web services.
  • Knowledge of version control, especially Git.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with authentication standards (JWT, OAuth, SSO).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant backend development experience.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
