Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
MEP Revit Modeler
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and coordinated 3D models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver BIM models for a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed 3D MEP models using Revit.
  • Coordinate with architects and Engineers to ensure model accuracy and integration.
  • Create clash detection reports and resolve conflicts using similar tools.
  • Update models based on design changes and feedback from project teams.
  • Generate shop drawings and schedules

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Revit in MEP works or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
  • Understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
