Job Title: Architect (RIBA Standards)
Location: Offshore (Remote)
Company: ProEdge Consulting, an offshore construction professional services firm serving international clients.
Compensation: A permanent role with a salary of PKR 200,000 per month.
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with expertise in RIBA standards to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of international projects, providing innovative design solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial design consultations and understand client requirements.
  • Develop outline design proposals and concept designs.
  • Produce detailed design and coordination documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction drawings.
  • Conduct site inspections and design reviews.
  • Ensure all architectural work complies with RIBA standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including quantity surveyors and structural engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Certification or familiarity with RIBA standards.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
