Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Production located near Citi housing Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. The Assistant Manager Production will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining quality standards. Daily tasks include scheduling production activities, managing resources, tracking production costs, and implementing safety procedures. The role also involves continuous improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Management, Operations Management, Resource Planning and Dispatching
  • Knowledge of Quality Control, Safety Standards, and Process Optimization
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Managmemt, Business Managment, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in the furniture industry is a plus
