This strategic role demands a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of robust quality systems that ensure excellence across our knitwear manufacturing operations.

Role Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end production planning and control, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, on-time order execution, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires close coordination with merchandising, procurement, production, and logistics teams to guarantee seamless workflow from order receipt to final shipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Preferably
BSc Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing) / MBA (Operations / Supply Chain)
from an accredited institute.

·      
10+ years of relevant experience
in
PPC
within a large-scale knitwear manufacturing setup.

·      Additional certifications in
Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management
will be advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Strong command over production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation for high-volume knitwear operations.

·      Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chains.

·      Expertise in ERP/MRP systems, order tracking tools, and advanced planning methodologies.

·      Excellent skills in data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making to ensure cost-effective operations.

·      Effective communication, leadership, and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.

·      Technologically sound with proficiency in planning dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.

Essential Competencies:
