Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the facility.

  • Manage the court booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all courts, equipment, and surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance of courts, nets, lighting, and other equipment.
  • Manage inventory of rental equipment and retail merchandise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing a world-class customer experience.
  • Proactively handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure member satisfaction.
  • Onboard new members and ensure they are integrated into the club community.
  • Drive court rental revenue, membership sales, and program enrollment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Organize and promote tournaments, leagues, social mixers, clinics, and private events to maximize court usage and ancillary revenue.
  • Manage and grow the club's social media presence and local marketing efforts.
  • Oversee point of sale operations and ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.

Qualification:

  • MBA/BBA, Project Management or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years
  • Experience in a similar role will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
