We are hiring Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers in a compelling way.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance and market insights regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
