Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Lahore. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative will handle coordination and communication with clients, manage customer reservations, assist with resolving concerns, and deliver efficient service in line with the company's standards.
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and providing solutions to client concerns
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English, and additional language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with dispatch or call center operations is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate degree or comparable experience in a related field is preferred
